• Currently we only offer breakfast, drinks and snacks, but we are happy to recommend places for lunch or dinner.

We are less than 15 minutes to Faro international Airport and close to many beaches and our favourite towns of Loulé, Olhão and the capital of the Algarve, Faro. All are accessible and within easy reach by car (Uber pprox. journey costs 10-15€ each way).

We have of a host of local independent recommendations for restaurants, bars, excursions and beaches to help you make the most of your stay with us.

• Guests can check in between 15:00 and 20:00. For check-ins outside of these times please contact us in advance. Check out is by 12:00.

• Minimum Stay is two nights.

• Maximum two people per room - no extra beds are allowed in any of our rooms. A reservation for 3 people implies occupancy of two rooms or more. The only exception is that parents with a baby aged up to 12 months (in room 4 only).

• Due to the characteristics of our hotel, we can only welcome children aged 13 years and over, with the exception of infants aged under 12 months. If you wish to stay with an infant you can only reserve room 4, which has a private kitchen.

• To reduce our environmental impact, we do not have a daily room cleaning service as standard. For guests staying for 5 nights or more, your room will be cleaned and fresh towels will be provided every 3 nights.

• If you would like your room to be cleaned at any point with fresh towels and bedding please let us know – the cost for a refresh is €20.

• No parties or other non-guests are allowed on site without the owners’ permission, only the names on the reservation are permitted inside the rooms and grounds.

• No smoking inside the rooms. Any evidence of smoking in rooms, guests will be asked to leave the premises with no refund.

• We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave in the event of disruptive behaviour or complaints from other guests.

• We do not allow dogs or other pets on the property (apart from guide dogs).

• Guests are free to buy drinks from the honesty bar but are not permitted to store their own food or drinks in there.

• Guests must provide card details to book their stay.

• For guests who book with the flexible/longer stay rate, a 10% deposit of the total amount of the stay is payable to secure the booking. The balance is payable at check-in. Any extra costs incurred during your stay are payable at check-out.

• For guests who book with the non-refundable rate, the total amount is payable upfront to secure the booking. Any extra costs incurred during your stay are payable at check-out.

• Prices are per night and are subject to change. Breakfast is included. Rates are in Euros and include applicable taxes, service charges, and value-added tax, but exclude tourist tax (where payable) and any extras such as food and drink.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you book using the non-refundable rate then the full amount is payable at the time of booking and no refunds are given for cancellations at any time.

For guests who have booked using the flexible rate:

• We understand that plans can change, so you can cancel or move your booking for free if you notify us more than 28 days before your check in date (and, if you cancel, your 10% deposit will be refunded). Note that refunds can take up to 10 working days and will be returned to the original payment method.

• If you cancel less than 28 days but more than 14 days before your check-in date, then we will charge 50% of your stay to your card (less the non-refundable 10% deposit already paid).

• If you cancel in the 14 days before check-in or don’t show up on your check-in date, then we will keep the 10% deposit and charge the balance of your booked stay to your card.

Long stays:

We welcome remote workers and guests who wish to stay for an extended period of time. Email us directly for our best rates.

Group bookings:

Guests are welcome to book all 6 rooms via this website but please be aware that we don’t allow any guests to use the guesthouse kitchen due to additional cleaning and compliance requirements. We provide breakfast to all guests and drinks can be purchased from our honesty bar. Our guests usually have lunch and dinner out at local restaurants. The only room that has access to a kitchen is room 4, which has a small kitchen suitable for 2 people.
